    Coaches vs Cancer Go Rebels!!

by Grayback on 12/13/14Barclays Center - Brooklyn

Awesome venue. It's really neat to have a new, large arena in the middle of an old neighborhood like Brooklyn. I enjoyed it.

Great venue, great game, horrible transportation

    by TasmanianDevil20 on 11/26/14Barclays Center - Brooklyn

This was my first time to Barclays Center. I'll start by saying the arena is beautiful, and we had a great time while there. The problem was actually getting there from NJ (Summit area). The "Eleven trains one destination" boast would be great, if all the trains actually ran. We took NJ Transit to Penn Station, then planned to take the #2 subway from Penn to Barclays. Nope. "The #2 & 3 trains aren't running to Brooklyn tonight" is what we were told. We were instructed to go "back down the hallway you came from, up the stairs to the street, down the block to get the B, D, or Q." This was not a short walk, and was in unfamiliar territory. After finding and boarding the D train, we heard the announcement that "this train is not going to Brooklyn, you have to get off at 2nd Avenue and wait for the next D train to come." The next D train was also NOT going to Brooklyn. We boarded a THIRD D which finally took us to Barclays. After the game we got the Q train back to Manhattan, and had to take the same long walk back to Penn Station. I highly recommend the Barclays Center itself, but do your homework before attending to make sure you don't face the same traveling nightmare I did.

    Coaches vs. Cancer Game

    by Johnathofer4 on 11/25/14Barclays Center - Brooklyn

Very good games and had solid seats. We were actually able to move up to get very close (6th row) to the game especially when Duke was playing.

Coaches vs Cancer Classic - Duke Wins

    by SuzyQ27288 on 11/25/14Barclays Center - Brooklyn

We arrived before the first game was over. Picked up some food for dinner. Found our seats easily. Appeared seats anywhere in Barclays would be good. Enjoyed the special half-time competition by junior basketball players. Were please in outcome of Duke University winning.

    Great cause, great time

by PowerhouseHughes on 11/25/14Barclays Center - Brooklyn

The venue is amazing, there is plenty of room in the concourse area, and the actual arena in really solid. Glad Duke won, but the most important thing is to bring more awareness to cancer.

    Good to see Duke play

by Stevencoltre on 11/25/14Barclays Center - Brooklyn

Everything was great but the food was outrages in price. This is a college game and not a pro game. They concession stand pricing should reflect that. I thought the pricing of the tickets them selves was very fair.

Was a great College Basketball event. The Barclays Center is a great venue to watch any event.
