On Highway 71 coming from the North: Upon entering city limits, at first stoplight, turn right onto West 18th St. Come to a 4-way stop sign intersection. Go straight approximately 3/10 mile. Turn left into main drive right at the marquee.

On Highway 71 coming from the South: Cross bridge. Continue straight through stoplights of downtown. Cross railroad tracks and proceed to 2nd set of stoplights. Turn left onto West 18th St. Come to a 4-way stop sign intersection. Go straight approximately 3/10 mile. Turn left into main drive right at the marquee.

Parking

Abundant free parking is available on the north and west sides of the Events Center.

The Box office is open Monday through Friday; 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

The Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, Mastercard & Discover.

Will Call

The will call window is located inside the main entrance on the west side of the Events Center. Tickets can be picked up no earlier than three hours before the event. To claim will call tickets, the patron must have the actual credit card used when ordering, confirmation number and a photo ID.

Accessible Seating

Accommodations for those with special needs include accessible parking and drop-off areas, wheelchair accessible seating and accessible restrooms. Accessible seating locations vary with event configuration.

General Rules

Non-smoking facility.
No outside food and beverage allowed. Concessions available on premise.
No recording devices are allowed.
Generally, still cameras are allowed. Individual events may disallow all photography.
Also prohibited are firearms, explosives, weapons and laser pointers.

Children Rules

Children under 24 months of age are free if held on an adult’s lap. Age restrictions may vary by show. Anyone needing a seat must have a ticket. Please contact the Ticket Office for more information.
