We purchased tickets because we wanted to see Robert Channing. We were aware that Classified is a popular local band but we had never heard them before. They are excellent musicians but the music they played was not the genre that we normally like. We did enjoy the songs that we were familiar with. Robert Channing was amazing and we would love to see him again.
My mom and I spent a very delightful evening listening to the cool sounds of Classified. It's obvious that the musicians work hard to attain a high level of technical precision, but not at the expense of a high energy performance. You can tell they love what they do and they're very good at it! It was a stellar show!
The night was awesome the bands were great! I only had a few things I didn't like : -all ages (including wee ones ) I think it should of been like 13+ . Even classified didn't know it was all ages until he pretty much started. Everyone had alcholol and like its not exactly a good feeling to drink near a 7 yr old -I got ripped off when paying for my merchant. I bought a sweater (40$)and a cd(10$) I gave them 60$ and didn't get change. It was over crowded to even complain so I got out. - they "started" at 8 ( only opened the doors at 8) and we waited inside for an hour until anything even started. Overall the show is exactly what I thought it would be. Classified was worth the wait he is an amazing artist and I can't wait til he'd huge. He deserves it!!
Classified and his entourage were amazing. The 'Venue' night club was definitely low point of the concert. Overall great show, poor location.
