    Who is coldplay?

    by Stuart2 on 11/13/13Wilbur Theatre - Boston

Cinematic Titanic was simply amazing. From the stand up before the film, to the comedy during, to the meet and greet after no part of it was less than a great time. I'm saddened to know it was their last show in Boston, but I would like to thank the cast, and the Wilbur for the opportunity to meet some of my favorite comics, writers, and actors of all time.

Always a great time with the Cinematic Titanic crew! I'm sorry this will be their last tour (at least for the foreseeable future). The riffs came fast and furious, and the opening routines were an added bonus. It was unfortunate that J. Elvis couldn't be there, but Gruber did an admirable job as his understudy. Kudos!

This was a fun night with the alum of MST3K. They are all very nice people and they put on a great show for us. It was a bonus to get some standup comedy, skits, and Q&A before the show. I would definitely go again if they ever decide to start touring again. I'm glad I got to see them before they split up!

    Missed humor

    by Dutch80 on 11/6/13Wilbur Theatre - Boston

I closed my eyes in order to bring myself back to those Saturday nights long ago with my young daughters waiting in anticipation, bowl of popcorn and the theme of MST3K beginning to play.. The show was great--the humor at the top, the movie as bad as they said it was going to be. Nothing like sarcastic humor to put things in perspective.

    A dream achieved!

by MJHolmes on 11/6/13Wilbur Theatre - Boston

After all this time I finally got to meet almost the entire original cast of MST3K in person. It was a pity J. elvis couldn't make the show. However, the cast made up for it more than expected (we got an extra hour of show). Mary Jo, Frank, and Gruber all did standup while we waited for the actual show to start. Trace aired a one-shot movie he'd made with everyone called "The Frank" mixing the themes of Monster Mash with Time Warp. The issue I had with the theatre was quite simple: even with my skinny @$$, the seats were too small, hard, and close together. It was like paying $80 to join in a group cuddle. The meet-and-greet afterwards allowed me the chance to see a showcase of other MSTies and their offerings, and got my episode guide signed. Now to hit up a RiffTrax show to get the rest of them. Bring a cushion, drink your booze before you go (EXPENSIVE!), and take your anti-claustrophobia meds. Otherwise, IT WAS A BLAST!

A fond farewell to a great cast!

    by MST3KFan on 11/6/13Wilbur Theatre - Boston

Joel, Trace, Frank and Mary Jo were all spot-on as they riffed The Doll Squad. Sadly, Josh couldn't perform that evening due to illness, but Gruber served admirably as his stand-in. Many of the skits preceding the movie were amusing as well ("Dramamatic Titanic" in particular), although one or two weren't quite as successful. Overall, I found the performance quite enjoyable and hope that the cast will continue working on direct-to-video projects!

    Don't Miss Cinematic Titanic

by RicardoM on 11/6/13Wilbur Theatre - Boston

No fan of Mystery Science Theater will want to miss this Last Hurrah tour for the live shows. When the purposefully terrible film begins, and their riffing begins with it, they truly become joy personified! They aren't touring much longer and you won't want to miss a last fantastic in-person experience!

    Cinematic Titanic was wonderful.

by applecreekone on 4/10/12Carolina Theatre - Durham

Before we went, I wondered how we'd be able to see and hear everything clearly from the balcony. I shouldn't have worried. The show was great!!! I was not disappointed in any way. We were unable to stay for the autograph signing, but I will make it a point to do so the next time. My husband and I are planning our next vacation by looking at where Cinematic Titanic will be playing at that time. If you have the chance to go see it, you MUST go!!!

    Cinematic Titanic

by AndrewRose on 3/24/12Carolina Theatre - Durham

This was incredible, especially when they stayed after to greet EVERYONE who stayed for as long as you wanted. I'd go see this again tomorrow if they would come back. And the show was the funniest thing I think I've ever seen!
