I have been to performances of this troupe for the last 3 years. This is the best one so far. Last year the music quality was awful. That was corrected this year. This seatin choice was the best so far. The front center of the balcony is by far the best.
I got these tickets for my 5 year old daughter. She loved it! Excellent performance, great decor and story. Highly recommend. Enjoy!
The ballet troupe was exceptional - the entire production is highly recommended by us. Our children truly enjoyed the day. We did not appreciate the disturbance of late comers being brought into the theater after the performance started. Especially down in front - blocking views. If you must seat people after the curtin goes up - keep them in the back until intermission.
Overall it was a good show. There were some parts in there we didnt quite understand (not the same as the classic story). Definitely not for young kids, there were a ton of them there. The kids in front of us were turned around hanging out of the chairs and whining. It wasn't what I expected.
This production was magical and we loved it ..the costumes, characters, scenery and of course the dancing. I hope they come back to the Hippadrome!
This was a wonderful production! The music could have been a bit louder, but it was just fantastic! Please bring MORE ballets to the Hippodrome!
We enjoyed this ballet, but we thought it could have been a bit better. It was a bit silly at times which was nice, but thought some of the dancing could have been a bit tighter. This was also our first time seeing a ballet. We had ideas of what it would be like, and it wasn't quite what we thought.
