by annabeth63 on 4/29/13Park Street Theatre - ColumbusI take my 5-year-old granddaughter to CCT plays on a regular basis and we always have a good time. They do a wonderful job of injecting humor that is fun for all ages. Cinderella was a great time as always.

I was so eager for her to see children performing, using their imaginations, acting. dancing, and singing. I was hoping to inspire her to use her imagination and talents also. It didn't happen. She was frightened by the loud, jerky behavior of the actors. She was told a story, rather than shown a story. She cried and wanted to leave, but there was no way out without crossing the stage area. I feel as though I wasted $50 and it will be a long time before she will be willing to attend another theatrical production.
