New Jersey native Christina Grimmie began singing at age six and playing the piano at age ten. By the time she was a teenager she had already become a YouTube star with popular covers of songs by Miley Cyrus and Nelly. In 2010 she was discovered and signed by Selena Gomez's manager, and soon after she embarked on her first tour in support of Selena Gomez & The Scene. Grimmie made her official studio debut in 2011 with the Find Me EP, an impressive collection of original material that peaked at No. 6 on the Independent Albums chart. She followed up with her debut LP With Love in 2013, once again cracking the Top 20 on the indie charts before hitting the road for another tour with Gomez. She continued to wow fans around the country in 2014 as a contestant on NBC's The Voice, where she was mentored by Adam Levine and finished in third place.
