    Outstanding show!

by luvsdux on 5/19/11Florida Theater - Jacksonville

We saw CCS with the Imagination Movers. I can't think of a better combination for a kids concert. Genevieve and DC were so great. I love the educational aspects of CCS and how interactive they were with the audience. I also LOVE Genevieve's comment about wearing p-o-l-y-e-s-t-e-r, but she wears that to show you can be cool and not show skin. Thank you for being such a positive role model to little girls! You guys are awesome! I wish CCS had a full length show instead of the 3-5 minute videos between shows. You guys are great, keep up the great work!

    Choo Choo Soul was excellent!

by DanaGuess on 5/17/11Carpenter Theater - Richmond

We saw Choo Choo Soul with the Movers. They put on an awesome show. We adored them and are hoping to see them again soon! They can both dance very well & I loved the interaction with the kids and parents in the audience. At the after party they took the time to take pictures with the kids and families and really spent a great amount of time talking and just hanging out. I loved this. My 2 year old has the biggest crush on Genevieve & decided he had to give her his little red ball as a gift. She was so sweet to him. I loved them for that! They are both amazingly weet, nice people! Can't wait to see them again soon!

    Wonderful people, great show

by Anatresia on 3/6/11Renaissance Performing Arts Center - Mansfield

I've taken my eldest daughter (now three years old) to see Choo Choo Soul twice. The first time we saw them, they had a meet and greet after the show. Not only are Genivieve and DC incredibly talented performers, they're also genuine, nice people. They were so sweet to the children in line for the meet and greet, signing autographs and posing for pictures. We made t-shirts for the show (my daughter and her BFF are big fans) and they were genuinely flattered by it and kept thanking US for bringing the kids. They're in this job for the love of performing for children- they genuinely enjoy what they do and it's a beautiful thing. We also saw them open for the Imagination Movers and they were amazing again. This was a bigger venue, though, and we didn't get a second meet and greet.

Entertainers were great, but where were the Props?

by Brainiac3 on 9/27/10Star Plaza Theater - Merrillville (suburb of Chicago)

Pros: Genevieve and DC did an excellent job with their singing and dancing. They kept the kids entertained. Also, the length of the show was perfect (right at an hour), and the actors kept the kids involved in the action of the show, even coming out into the audience on occassion. Cons: There were NO props! Not even a painting of a choo-choo train. My son is a big fan of the show and was confused at the beginning of the show because he was expecting to see a choo-choo train.

    Disappointed kids :(

by ThibodauxMomOf2 on 9/18/10Houma Civic Center - Houma

If a show is called 'CHOO CHOO SOUL" and it's put on by Disney wouldn't you THINK there would be a train involved some how!? My son, as well as many other kids who were there, was very upset that there was no train. It took my son until almost the very end to get over the no train thing. The robot part got his attention. I thought that because this was a Disney show that I could count on it being great! Sadly, this was not the case at all. There were no props at all. The 2 stars did a fine job, as best as they could do with what they had. I know there were some older girls who had a good time because of the singing and dancing, but this is not a show for smaller kids..especially your boys who love trains. Also, the venue closed the concession stands only a few minutes into the show. After we got into our sets I went to get popcorn and they were already closed. :(
