Fun crowd - intimate coliseum! Kind of interesting that their big beer push was Budweiser - like Molson is here in the states!!

Cheering on the Thunderbirds in enemy territory!!!

by Cylon on 11/9/09Prospera Centre - Chilliwack

I've been following the Thunderbirds since the early 90s but now live in Sumas, Washington about 20 minutes from Chilliwack. The Prospera Centre is a great venue and, had the Bruins been playing anyone else, I'd be cheering on the home team. People in Chilliwack are respectful, even when you're walking around wearing Seattle Thunderbirds attire. In the end, even with the cow bells and cheering from the home crowd fans, it wasn't enough to stop a 4-1 Thunderbirds victory which included a 2 goal 1assist performance from Prab Rai.
