Underwhelming & disappointing Not geared to the young
The family fun fest was a blast. I love how it was so interactive with the fans incorporating the selfie cams and video of fans dancing, competing for prizes, and flex cams using the video screens. It was super laid back but fun event and loved how much the players interacted and signed autographs with the fans!
Was nice it would have been better if they would have let us in with the stroller for our baby…I don’t understand why we had to put it away. It’s family fest make it more family friendly! I can go to a White Sox game and take an umbrella stroller. Which is what I was using. Had to many people almost knock my baby over while she was walking. Just make it more family friendly.
The Bears put on a great show and had great family entertainment. Loved that aspect of family day. Now Soldier Field could us some help. One of the security guards made me walk to the opposite end of the stadium on the outside of the stadium instead of letting me in and walk the concourse. Then I went to concessions for some food and drink and even though a big deal was made to notify before the even that the whole stadium was cashless no where was it mentioned that the concession workers can only take cash tips. This is really poor planning by Soldier Field.
A great day. Fun. Enjoyable. Social life with the Chicago Bears.
Everything went very smooth an I will definitely be doing more biz in the future
The event was mostly organized. I would suggest moving the activity waiver/wristband tent outside of the event. People can pick up their wristband while waiting for activities begin. The line was full of people filling out the waiver which held up the line for those who pre registered.
I truly enjoy taking my 3 Grandsons to Soldier Field to see where our Bears play. My little one enjoyed the games and festivities they had for them. The only downside was they wouldn’t accommodate us for sitting in the covered area to get out of the rain. The entire section was available but made us go back to our original seats in the rain.
Wonderful, I have a son that loves the Chicago Bears and two grandsons that are playing highschool football on the same team.
My grandson and I loved the activities and seeing the Bears run through their plays. It was almost like being at a real game. The only disappointment was the difficulty in getting to our seats because certain sections were blocked off. We had to walk around the closed off sections and go in-front of several sitting fans to get to our seats. That was a bummer. But watching the Bears in person was great.
