The man who played Frank Jr. was amazing! Incredible voice and acting! I'm a huge fan of the movie so it was really fun to see it come to life. The music side of things did seem thrown in a bit at times, but I did wonder how they'd incorporate it into what was originally a non-musical movie. Overall it was great.
My husband and I both loved this performance. The level of talent & precision was fabulous! Please bring MORE performances like this to Milwaukee.
Cast & leads were extremely energetic & all were very good in their roles. It exceeded our expectations and got even better as it went along.

The musical was great! Even though I was at the second to last row in the theater, everything about the play was great. The music, the acting, and the set design. The band was great too :) The final number was great. Stephen Anthony did a great job in playing the part and in Goodbye you could hear what a great singer he is and you could see what a great actor he is as well.
Prior to seeing the show, I had only listened to the Original Broadway Cast Recording, so I was a little nervous to see the show played out on stage. I was so impressed! The cast was truly incredible, Stephen Anthony gets rave reviews from me! The show made me laugh and cry along with the cast, and it was a truly amazing experience.
This was my first time seeing this musical and I am so happy I went! It was a high energy, entertaining show! It was a lot of fun!
Wow. Fantastic! I bought tickets not knowing quite what to expect from this show and walked away delighted! This was due in large part to Stephen Anthony and his incredible set of pipes. That kid can SING. The big, splashy musical numbers were a treat, and we enjoyed Merritt David Janes as well. I highly recommend this show!
What a fabulous play!!! Loved the music, sets, live orchestra, performances were top notch!! Bought tickets on a whim for my husbands birthday because I liked the movie....But liked the play even better than the movie!!! Can't believe it didn't hang on Broadway for a long time!!
This has been one of my all-time movie favorites but to see it onstage and a musical??? Phenomenal! The fascinating story, talented cast, voices, choreography, costumes, set design were all A+++ Would love to see it again!
