    Wonderful show but to short

by Pat on 5/3/22Amaturo Theater at Broward Center - Ft Lauderdale

When I saw the story was almost over and it had only been 20 minutes I was very disappointed. Don’t take me wrong the kids enjoyed it but it felt like in and out we went.

    As Clever as Suess

by Tortuga on 3/18/19Charline McCombs Empire Theatre - San Antonio

The use of props, sound effects and stage movement was executed in the most clever way. I was curious how this fun book would be transformed onto the stage and then was very impressed how it appealed to children and adults alike. Looking forward to the next Suess production!!

    Boring play

by Belle654 on 4/16/16Tilles Center Concert Hall - Brookville

Took my 2 and 4 year old children to watch this and was disappointed. The show was flat. It was basically a literal demonstration of the Cat in the Hat. It wasn't whimsical or funny. Plus there were two Cat in the Hats and only one Thing. Quite confusing for my four year old.

    terrible

by misfun on 3/18/16Tilles Center Concert Hall - Brookville

I took my 7 year old grandson. It was not a good production. He usually likes everything and I thought maybe it was me but everyone there felt the same way. Too much time with no words. Sets were poor. Don't waste your time or money.

    Not worth the money

by JFMOM on 3/16/16Tilles Center Concert Hall - Brookville

When buying tickets for this play I thought my children would be hearing the wonderful words of Dr. Suess stories. The performance was less than 45 minutes and lacked dialogue. The characters were yelling "ohhhh and "whoa" most of the performance. Even if this show were free, I would not recommend it. While watching this show I was contemplating all the ways this show could be improved. Many high school performances I have seen were better than this show.

    The Cat in the. Hat

by GrammyKaye on 3/22/15Charline McCombs Empire Theatre - San Antonio

We took our 3 & 6 year old grandsons and they loved it. It lasted about an hour - just perfect for their attention span. The actors did an excellent job.

Mi grandchildren loved it. They laugh and clap all through the show. Simple, well structured and special for children. Do it again!

I did not see it - gave the tickets to my niece and her two sons. They reported a fine time was enjoyed by all. Great theater and performance.
