    Not worth the bother

by nickalice on 8/23/12B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

Bought these tickets because I wanted to do a NYC Jazz Club while on vacation. Firstly, Beatlemania was just ok. The guys sounded good but they sang alot of songs that people didn't know and left out the Beatles biggest hits. The performance was also a bit lazy. BB Kings is jammed and uncomfortable and we were like sardines. The food was mediocre and expensive. Really wished i had invested in tickets for something else instead.

    Lots of Fun!

by march2011 on 3/29/11B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

The Brunch with the Beatles at B.B. King's was fantastic! It was a very cozy intimate setting, and the music was great! The cast sounded and even looked like the Beatles, especially loved "Paul." The interaction with the audience was great, then throw in some food and what a great experience. I would see it again!

    A Great Show!

by GCGhost on 1/26/11B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

I took a few Beatle-fan friends to this and it blew them away! This was the first time The Cast of Beatlemania performed at BB King's for the Saturday brunch and they hit the ground running. The music was "spot on." They captured the music and energy of The Beatles music wonderfully. The band's rapport with the audience was also great. They created a fun atmosphere and made the experience even more enjoyable. The buffet was delicious and had plenty of variety. No one in my group left hungry!

A Tribute to THE BEATLES- A real bodacious bash

by TopshelfTC on 1/19/11B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

Overall good time. Great performance, decent buffet, pricey drinks. I would, and have recommended this to friends. A must see if you're a fan of the Beatles since these guys are the closest thing to them that you can see LIVE these days.

    "The Cast" is excellent

by BonnieNJ on 1/17/11B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

Went with my sister, kids (12 & 16) and husband and the show is amazing. Food was very good and the music was phenomenal. Beatles classics played perfectly. As the show progressed with costume changes, the band looked even more like their original counterparts. My husband and I have seen about 8 Beatles cover bands in a variety of venues and agree that "the Cast" is the best we've seen and also the best venue. There is not a bad seat in the house (as your host, Simon, will remind you many times if he is asked). My advice is: go! I am only sorry we did not do this sooner. As a bonus, the price is right as well.

    beatlemania

by bregelbox on 8/29/10Meadow Brook Music Festival - Rochester Hills

The musicians were very talented. The sound was off, as we heard more of the music than the voices at times. Need new sound people , Other than that, would see again for the fact that they did a great job.

Great show, great music, great stage presence! "Paul" & "George" were especially exceptional. Will be back next year!

    This Beatles tribute was average

by Aubreykg on 8/29/10Meadow Brook Music Festival - Rochester Hills

I have been to 2 other Beatles tribute concerts this year that were awesome A+ events. This concert was average. It was fun and exciting but didn't measure up to the other Beatles events. The Paul tribute guy was especially average and did not have stage presence and did not sound enough like Paul. The John guy was good but not great and sounded somewhat like him. The Ringo guy played the drums well but also didn't sound like Ringo when he sang. The George guy was the best of this group. He played fantastic lead guitar and was the highlight of the show with "While My Guitar Gently Weeps". I noticed that this group seemed to have a lot of pre-recorded music, which the other tribute bands I've seen did not use. A couple times one of them would take their hands off their instruments but the music continued to be heard. We had a nice time but this wasn't as good as The Fab Four or 1964 tribute bands, which were A+ events.
