by Jimbob07 on 10/13/14Canadian Gospel Music Celebration - Red DeerThe lineup this year was so-so. We have been season ticket holders for several years, but this will be the last year for us. The music, which should be enjoyable was almost distorted due to the high volume. We used to love going here but the last few years it has gotten louder and louder and it is just not enjoyable anymore. Music that glorifies God does not need to be presented in a "rock" fashion. (Nor does it need to be dull and dreary) There were exceptions like The Young Street Vocal Band and Gerald Wolfe's Hymn sing, but overall, it was WAY too loud.
