    The KILLERS!!!

by SPOOFHOUNDmama on 10/7/13Cricket Wireless Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

Was amazing loved it, only wish there was a van that went from the 2 close motels to the concert. Had to walk since I had a couple of "adult" beverages

I danced off 6 lbs during the Killers' set!

by ToryC on 8/9/13Cricket Wireless Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

First off, the outdoor venue is wonderful. I didn't realize, but even the pit tickets come with seats, if you arrive early enough to claim some. The weather on this night was absolutely perfect -- really, couldn't have been better at all. Gogol were great; QOTSA were fantastic; the Killers were phenomenal. Their live show is positively one of the best shows I've ever seen, and I do a lot of concert-viewing. The crowd was engaged, friendly, and still polite; Lime-A-Ritas came in 24-oz cans for $10. Can't beat that!

QOTSA was phenominal, but The Killers killed it!!

by Franco69er on 8/9/13Cricket Wireless Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

Let me start by saying that I am a huge Queens of the Stone Age fan. This is my second time to see them in concert and they indeed brought the rock. Their setlist was balanced with great old songs and ones from the new album. This was my first time to see The Killers and they were a true rock and roll machine. They too had a balanced setlist and had everyone singing along to their hits. What impressed me was their stage show. They pretty much had every type of rock and roll addition to the show you can have. Wall of Sparks, fireworks, confetti cannons and one of the best laser light shows around. I was so glad I got the pit pass. It was very impressive up close. All in all, it exceeded my high expectations.

The Killers: The Most Amazing Night!

by Sawdustnflowers on 8/9/13Cricket Wireless Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

I've wanted to see the Killers since i first starting listening to them a year ago, and when i finally got to it was even better than I hoped--if that's possible! The Killers are awesome recorded, but they even more impressive live! They put on an AMAZING performance, one that I'll never forget, and one that will keep me hoping to see them again-SOON! They are, by far, the best band I'll ever hear!

    Amazing show!

by skybo90 on 8/8/13Cricket Wireless Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

The Killers put on an amazing show as always. Gogol Bordello was awesome. Queens of the Stone Age and The Virgins sucked. The only bad part about the entire show (not pertaining to the bands) was the crowd. The crowd was so dull and boring that it kinda killed the show.

    The Killers made me swoon.

by Doctaul on 8/8/13Cricket Wireless Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

We came to see The Killers and were not disappointed by there performance. At all. I knew I loved the band, but I did not realize how incredibly well organized and powerful the show would be. They put on a true performance. The set list had been carefully constructed and there was a purposeful flow to the whole event. All the lights, background items, and other items were there to emphasis the themes of the songs, not just to distract people with wild light effects like some other concerts I've been to. All in all, just an amazing night and worth the traffic issue to stay for the last song. Gogol Bordello was fun too. I had never heard them before, but they really livened things up. We kinda napped through the other two though. Thank goodness there were some seats. Bad thing: The stalest pretzel I have ever had. When I tried to chew it, it turned to dust and I almost choked. I even showed the lady at the counter how it crumbled while she was running my card and she made a face of disgust and then of fear because she seemed new and was worried I would call the manager or something as she tried to explain it was the heating system. I should have called someone else over and gotten a refund. Instead I let sympathy control the situation and paid four dollars for inedible gravel. That was awful. And just plain aggravating. Need to work on the pretzel care.

QOTSA were great. The Killers were tolerable but redundant. This venue needs to amp it up a notch. Staff was very friendly but everything is dated(mainly the tv screens) and having to pour a $10 24 oz beer into 2 16oz cups was just ridiculous.

    All the bands were great

by MungoMoss on 8/7/13Cricket Wireless Amphitheater - Bonner Springs

The opening band was mediocre but the rest of the line was fantastic. Excellent sound and performances.
