    River City Rockfest was amazing

by Rockernana49 on 6/10/17AT&T Center - San Antonio

The event was amazing, unforgettable. Too, too HOT! Need better cooling stations, cheaper water prices, better shade, maybe covered areas to watch the bands. Saw several people faint and carried away.

Good Event But Needs A Lot Of Fixing

by Adymar on 6/2/17AT&T Center - San Antonio

It was a great event overall... My complaints are that Security was a pain they dint let me pass with my backpack when for other events like warped tour i had my backpack no issue at all, the beverages and the river city rockfest t-shirts were too expensive... $45.00 for a rivercity t shirt come on...!!!!!!!!!!!! And it wasn't even good quality there were some guys at the parkinglot selling tees and theirs looked waaay better... for $25 step it up guys... and the two main stages were too far... other than that good event

Three Days Grace is my fav band and it was awesome

by PandaLauren on 6/1/17AT&T Center - San Antonio

The only thing I couldn't stand about the fest was the hot temperature outside. If the event was held during a better season (ex: in October/November) then it would have been even better. But overall was worth attending.

    Awesome bands ...Good times.....great music!!

by kimmer512 on 6/1/17AT&T Center - San Antonio

Premium package was worth it for the parking, viewing area and clubhouse lounge area. Premium clubhouse was better this year...might consider more food and drink options. Also need to have some ventilation or a/c in the restrooms and facilities .... stifling without any air circulation ...way to hot, very hard to breathe. Never got cool.

    Great Time BUT hot!

by usmcdi32 on 6/1/17AT&T Center - San Antonio

I thought the shows were great and the entire atmosphere amazing. The only thing I would have an issue with is that is was too damn hot and no shade was available. I would have at least get some fire hoses and spray the crowd with water to cool people down. I'm surprised that more people didn't suffer from heat exhaustion during the day.

    Godsmack/Stage

by Simpleman85 on 6/1/17AT&T Center - San Antonio

My personal opinion Godsmack should have been the headliner. The stage setup was a bad decision. Especially since the was one right after the other.

    Fun day of music

by Pual on 5/31/17AT&T Center - San Antonio

Music wise the day was great, with a good variety of hard rock and heavy metal bands. All performances that we saw from start to finish generally went off without a hitch. We most enjoyed Offspring and Three Days Grace but I wouldn't say there was a bad performance during the day. Having purchased Premium tickets, I was a little disappointed by the set-up at the main stage, with limited seating options in shade that had a view of the stage. The set-up at the second stage was much better. Also, I was disappointed that the only food available in the Premium area was if you had purchased the most expensive package that included a lunch and dinner buffet. If you did not buy that then there wasn't even a counter from which you could purchase other food. You then had to go wait in the long lines on the complete opposite end of the park for the various food options there. Definitely not a premium option in my mind!

    Well planned, mediocre line up

by Rockerdude911 on 5/31/17AT&T Center - San Antonio

While the festival itself was well planned and laid out with plenty of things for everyone, easy parking, moderate lines, plenty of space... the lineup itself was just OK. Papa Roach blew the roof off an outdoor festival... 3 days grace was good, buckcherry and Godsmack. I don't get Def Leppard being the headliner. The Under card bands were very obscure. Previous years even the side stage bands were top names like Hellyeah, THC, Avatar. This year is was Dorothy, Norma Jean and a host of others I hadn't heard of. I noticed too the crowds at those stages were thin.

    Incredible!

by P1324 on 5/31/17AT&T Center - San Antonio

The shows were amazing. Totally worth dealing with the 95 degree weather of San Antonio for it!
