When is the box office open?
Tuesday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM The box office will open 2 hours prior to show time and close approximately 30 minutes after the start of the performance. The box office is closed on most nationally recognized holidays.

What are the will call rules?
Will Call is located at box office and opens 1 hour prior to show. Customer must present credit card used for the purchase, photo ID, and Ticketmaster account confirmation number.
What are the parking options at Broward Convention Center?
Parking is located next to the venue in a parking garage. Parking is $6 per day or $1 per hour.
