Bros. Frantzich & Co. Put on an Awesome Show!
by rebmafaith on 11/29/10Pantages Theatre - MinneapolisThis is the 2nd year in a row that my husband and I have taken our two daughters (now ages 11 & 8) to this show. We all enjoyed the show immensely. It was incredibly diverse, with something for everyone. The Frantzich Brothers' rich harmonies are always a treat. Add to that Robbie Robinson's beautiful tenor, Joe Savage's steel guitar, and Dean Magraw's incredible guitar-playing, and you've got a toe-tapping good time. Even that wasn't enough for Bros. Frantzich, though! Out came The Resurrection Dance Troupe from Haiti and, finally, the highlight of the night -- Robert Bly reading his own poetry! Delicious! The best part of all of this is that Feed Them With Music sponsored the event. Every dollar of the $25 ticket price provided a meal to a hungry schoolchild in Haiti. How great it felt to be able to support local musicians and a local venue, in addition to feeding hungry children!
