    To Be In The Graces

by Elizabeth H on 10/12/22The Masquerade - Purgatory - Atlanta

His presence literally takes over the aura. His words hit the ear bone like none other. Never have I witnessed such truth. A true speaking lyricist.

    Awesome intimate show

by Lovelife on 2/24/20191 Toole - Tucson

Im not surprised Brother Ali had yet another great show, he always leaves everything he has on the stage. I drove down from Phoenix to catch this show in Tucson. I was very impressed with the sound at the venue, you could hear the lyrics clearly and still feel the bass from the music. Great spot to see a show.

by Ace on 11/10/19The Observatory - Santa Ana

Im a little bias when it comes to this venue. I forever love this place. Ive seen amazing acts and artists who have blown up to ever preform here again. Brother ali and marlon craft killed it in everyway.

    Brother Ali was amazing

by Igiveupwiththisstupidnick on 11/12/17Riot Room - Kansas City

Riot room was an indcredibly cool venue. First time I’ve been there. Small, but perfect place to see Brother Ali and get a really up close and exciting view of the show. Brother Ali killed it and I’d recommend seeing him again and going to the Riot Room again.

    Almost everything was fantastic

by Anonymous on 10/29/12El Rey Theatre - Los Angeles

Overall it was an amazing concert. It got started a little late, but The Reminders came out and made up for it. They were a kick ass opener, sounded good, and got everyone excited. Then Homeboy Sandman came out for a set that seemed to last forever. No one could understand what he was saying and the most enjoyable part was his face when he wasn't rapping. When he finally stopped and Brother Ali came out the room exploded. Everyone was having a great time and the music was excellent. Brother Ali kicked ass and so did his musicians. He played a perfect set with all of his best songs and I loved it.

    Undisputed!

by Yeagz on 10/29/12El Rey Theatre - Los Angeles

I've been to many of his shows. Always puts on a great show and has good artists that open the show as well. Really liked THE REMINDERS. And while every Ali show I've been to is great, there is really nothing like a live band performance. I did enjoy his DJ Bk-One, but this live band hip hop is by far the best type of performance. Love the energy he has and the message behind his art is great.

If you like Ali, you'll like him live.

by DoctorHammermouth on 10/29/12El Rey Theatre - Los Angeles

Brother Ali, though noticeably under the weather during this show, still gave it his all. Rarely, if ever, do you see a hip hop artist take a break in the show to tell his fans how he's been feeling in the last couple years, how grateful he is that they listen to the music he's dedicated his time to, what book he recommends they read, etc. You get just that at one of his shows. The energy could have been a little higher, and his live performance group would greatly benefit from adding a drummer/percussionist to the mix. In the end, though, as a big fan of Mr. Ali's, I wasn't disappointed.
