It was pure musical Christmas magic from the adorable Brooke White on Wednesday night. Brooke on a grand piano is a winning combination, and her heartfelt vocals can range from the raw to the mellow and back again, but are always a delight. Alas, her concerts are as rare as they are wonderful, so you just have to keep an eye out. I'll be there again next time, for sure!
We thoroughly enjoyed Brooke White's show. Her voice is awesome, and she has a great personality. The friend of hers that sang for at least a half hour as the opening act was the worst we have ever heard, totally off key and painful to listen to, like a bad karaoke. Brooke, if you' re smart, you won't ever have her as your opening act again. I would have shown up late had I known what we were in for with the opening act. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please see Brooke. She has such a soulful voice and great stage presence. She has an amazing chemistry with her audience and we enjoyed her performance so much! Not all musicians have her natural talent and wonderful personality. She will and needs to go very far in this industry.
Hi Brooke, Thank you for the wonderful Christmas show. We loved the music and band but we loved mostly your singing. Simon's loss. It was great to see Michael Johns there too. Good balance of voice and band sound. Especially true when you compare her to the opening act. The opening act band over whelmed Kim (the singer). BW is very loose with the audience. My wife used the term Manic to describe her. I though she might be on something (but not really) because of the way she was bantering. While I liked her on Idol, based on this show she has limited potential.
