    Neil Young was outstanding

by Budman74 on 10/31/16Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain View

This is the first time at this venue, Mountain View Shoreline Amphitheatre. It was super! The sound system was great, and the venue had everything you could need for a concert. One caveat, the venue's website did not mention the type of lawn chairs allowed. We were turned away with the wrong law chairs. Evidently you need what are called "sand chairs" without straight legs so as not to damage the grass?? Other than that, the artists line-up was terrific! Willie Nelson, Neil Young, Dave Matthews, Nora Jones, Roger Waters and Metallica! I definitely will return for another Bridge School Benefits concert!

    Watfch out for Lukas Nelson

by Picante on 10/28/16Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain View

In a mixture of nostalgia and exciting new acts, Bridge School Benefit Concert came through once more for a unique experience. Willie Nelson and his Family, especially his son Lukas, who is in The Promise of the Real with Neil Young, made the show a positive and moving time travel through musical history. It is hard to believe that Neil Young and Roger Waters can rock it so hard still, but indeed they did. Norah Jones was wonderful as always. Cage the Elephant and My Morning Jacket represented the younger crowd very well, enjoyable and participatory in the spirit of the day. There were a lot of Metallica fans there, but I could have passed their act up easily, enthusiastic but not my cup of tea or shot of whisky! Tried to find a way to honor my friend and companion for the concert who has been to every single year of the concerts. There were no commemoratiave CD's boo hoo!. Maybe they should ask audience participation for number of bridge school events attended?

by sharuby2 on 10/28/16Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain View

The Bridge School Benefit Concert has become an annual event for my wife and I. It not only supports a great cause, but the entertainment is first rate. You definitely get your money's worth. It is an all day/into the evening event that is a fundraiser for special needs children. It is simply an outstanding event.

    30th BSBC

by FancyFanny on 10/26/16Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain View

Long concert to attend, so you have to prepare for the whole day. All in all, it was a great experience...Beers were way too expensive.

    BEST BRIDGE SCHOOL BENEFIT

by scruzlocal on 10/26/16Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain View

All performers were excellent. Time between music was perfect for leaving seat and return before music started. If you were to stay in seat, wasn't too long of a wait.

    Bridge School Benefit Experience

by MalibuB on 10/26/16Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain View

Awesome event at a great venue! Spreading out a blanket and listening to one musical talent after another in the sunshine. Amazing weekend. Norah Jones sings so beautifully. Willie always brings the show! Fun set tho he always makes me cry to 'You Were Always On My Mind. Beautiful. And, Roger Waters set and jamming with Neil Young - outstanding. All the acts gave their all and for a great cause. Highly recommend.

    Bridge School Benefit

by DeadAHead54 on 10/25/16Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain View

This year's Benefit concert was one of the best ones ever and I've attended 22 of them! The lineup was all big names and they really had excellent performances. I only gave 4 stars due to the start time being changed to 3PM which is too damn early.

    Bridge school Saturday show review

by Btibbens on 10/25/16Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain View

Was very impressed that the show started on time and stuck to the schedule. Thought the acts towards the end (Waters, Metallica) should have been given longer set times. Beer and food prices were outrageous. The place seemed too "packed". I've been coming to Shoreline for 20 years, I've never seen it that full. I think you oversold the lawn area.
