About

BRANDY IN CONCERT:

Brandy made a triumphant return to the stage in 2013, reminding the R&B world exactly what pure vocal perfection sounds like. From the strength of her range to the maturity of her act, Brandy brings a renewed vigor to her dulcet tones — much to the delight of her stalwart fans.  She'll continue the comeback on tour in 2014, including an appearance at the annual Tobago Jazz Experience Festival with John Legend and Earth, Wind & Fire.

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

“Brandy was absolutely AMAZING! She is the best R&B singer and kills it every time! Her voice has grown so much and she sounds better and better every time I see her!”

“Brandy put on a great show! She is a consummate performer who infuses humor and nostalgia in her powerful set. The dancers were on point and her delivery was clear and delightful. It is evident that she has been at this for a long time as she is the very definition of a professional.”

“Backed up by a live band and hot dancers, Brandy sounded powerful singing some of her biggest hits as well as new songs. We stood up from the beginning and never sat down because she got the crowd moving.”

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

During the '90s and 2000s, Brandy was undoubtedly one of the biggest names in showbiz. Following apperances in Moesha, I Know What You Did Last Summer, and a Walt Disney television production of Cinderella, she released a string of hit albums which yielded such chart-topping singles as “I Wanna Be Down,” “Baby,” and the wildly successful duet“ The Boy is Mine” with fellow R&B-pop star Monica. Brandy has also served as artistic inspiration for a host of other notable singers such as Jessie J., Erykah Badu, Kelly Rowland and Rihanna, among others.

    Terribly Upset

    by O. on 2/28/20

I wish all my money would have been returned, because this concert was a joke. The artists sang with a soundtrack as opposed to a real band; Toni, Tone, Tony were the only real band there. The headliner Brandy did not even bother to show up, and we were left with JaRule and Ashanti who were terrible. Ashanti and her two dancers actually had three men go up to the stage, where they were handcuffed and blindfolded while Ashanti and the dancer performed lap dances on them! And, she often forgot she was lypsynching! The deejay warming up the crowd was lousy, and the wanna-be concert started late! Total disappointment and total waste of hard earned money!! Never again!! Foxwoods should do better!

    Disappointing

by Keh on 2/17/20The Grand Theater at Foxwoods Resort Casino - Mashantucket

Brandy was the headliner at the Foxwoods venue. I bought the tickets just because she was the headliner. However Brandy did not show up. Instead Ashanti and Ja Rule showed up as substitutes. This switch and bait was not previously announced to the audience of course. Ashanti and Ja Rule was not a sufficient trade off for Brandy. Aside from that disaster the other group’s performances were satisfactory.

    Brandy's No Show Concert!!

by T. S. on 2/17/20The Grand Theater at Foxwoods Resort Casino - Mashantucket

So I Headed to Foxwood casino in Connecticut . After and hour plus ride to find out that Brandy wasn't Coming! They scheduled Ashanti and the rapper Jaru. I was so disappointed, because I was ready for Brandy songs. I like the replacement , but I don't want to just be giving a performer with out an option for my money back.

    Could have been better

by Someone on 2/17/20The Grand Theater at Foxwoods Resort Casino - Mashantucket

First off the main person for the show (Brandy) wasn't there. Carl Thomas, Dru Hill, Sisqu did a great job. I wish it was them the whole show. Toni, Tony, Tone and JaRule and Ashanti could have been better. Ja and Ashanti sounding like i was listening to the radio during the club time hours.

    Somewhat disappointed

by Casz on 2/17/20The Grand Theater at Foxwoods Resort Casino - Mashantucket

All the other acts were great but one act didn’t show up and it would’ve been great to have a heads up that Brandy wasn’t going to be there.

    Disappointed

    by Mimi on 10/7/19

Attended her concert for “Brandy & The After 7”. Might as well have been called After 7 and Brandy since they were on stage for at least an hour and a half and Brandy only there for 20 minutes. Such a disappointment and didn’t even sing her greatest hits.
