The guest Conductor, Brian McKnight, and Boston Pops were superb. DCU staff were great. Facility was clean. Just one experience I will never forget. Family friendly. A Blessed Event. Forever in my Memory. Thanks Worcester. Had a Great time.
A performance that would be hard to beat. The entire audience was involved and thrilled.
An excellent facility with a fine staff. First time seeing the Boston Pops in person. Thoroughly enjoyed the performance. Happy Birthday John Williams.
đź Itâs the Pops, whatâs not to love! Amazing as always.
Pops orchestra was superb. Brian was outstanding and blended well with the Pops. A truly wonderful experience. Acoustics exceptional. (Boston Garden acoustics are terrible, so happy the event was at DCU Center for the celebration)
What an enjoyable afternoon filled with great entertainment and masterful music! Loved every second!!
Attended Worcester Tercentenial concert at the DCU on 6/12. It was a free event, but I attended primarily to see Brian McKnight. I had seen the Boston Pops at the Hanover this past Christmas season, so I was not sure what to expect- whether it was the same orchestra. I donât recall the name of the guest conductor, but I thought he was very personable & charming-not to mention very good at leading the Orchestra. I totally enjoyed the concert musical selections, the soloists and Orchestra as a whole. I would definitely see them again and pay to see them! I am not fond of the DCU as a venue, so that would be the only thing that would affect my decision. The concession staff were friendly & professional.
The Orchestra and Brian McKnight were out of this world. My family and I are suer grateful!
What a treat Worcesterâs Tercentennial Committee provided us at the DCU this past Sun. The Boston Pops!!! The musicians performed beautifully, playing selections from Cole Porter and John Williams. Guest conductor, Damon Gupta, was so engaging and animated, relating historical information about the city he was visiting. A pleasant afternoon was had by all!
