    Boograss Bash was a fantastic experience!!

    Just attended the inaugural Halloween weekend Boograss Bash - 3 day bluegrass music festival. It was fantastic! They had an amazing lineup of some of the best bluegrass bands anywhere, including Balsam Range, Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver, IIIrd Tyme Out, Boxcars, Flatt Lonesome, Rhonda Vincent and the Rage, Sideline, Junior Sisk & Ramblers Choice, Lonesome River Band and of course the hosts Adkins and Loudermilk! Anderson County South Carolina hosted the festival at their civic center facility and did a great job of welcoming everyone. The festival included youth music workshops and amateur band competition, including a very entertaining group of young musicians from Italy! Thanks to Edgar Loudermilk for working with Anderson, SC to make this event happen! We attended in our camper and they made sure we were set up with electricity, water, on-site dump station and even a golf cart driver to shuttle campers down the hill from the campsite to the civic center entrance!
