Bob and Erin were just darling

by Jake on 10/14/23Crystal Ballroom at Somerville Theatre - Somerville

I’m a huge Better Call Saul fan. Bob was not only a ball of energy and charisma, but super nice and amiable in the small time I spent with him. Erin is super talented and leaves a major impression as a person and professional.

    Bob Odenkirk was amazing!

by AmyRuth on 11/12/14Gramercy Theatre - New York

This was the best night out I have had in a long time. Bob Odenkirk is so creative. He had many interesting guests including David Cross, Michael Ian Black, and an awesome comedian named Brendan. They did readings from Bob's new book, sketches, stand-up comedy, told stories, sang... It was unforgettable. And at the end we got to meet Bob and get a signed copy of his book.

    Great show!

by Joelcan on 11/12/14Gramercy Theatre - New York

What I thought was going to some be simple readings by Bob Odenkirk from his new book was actually a produced comedy show, with guest appearances by David Cross, Michael Ian Black and a couple of other younger comics. Big treat.

    Half-assed performance

by Anonymous on 9/30/13Palace of Fine Arts - San Francisco

I am a huge fan of both Bob and David, which is why I was massively disappointed that the entire performance was pretty bad. It felt like it was phoned in, big time. If you're only going to do 10 minutes of stand-up each, it should probably be a pretty tight set, not "telling a story for the first time" (David) or reading your stand-up from a chair with your notes on a music stand (Bob). The sketches barely worked. Additionally, it seemed very short, which would have been more of a complaint from me had I actually been enjoying myself.

    Showing Up To Collect Money

by Anonymous on 9/30/13Palace of Fine Arts - San Francisco

I love the guys but for this show they put very little effort out. It was not worth the price of admission to just watch these guys joke around. More prepared material is need to justify their ticket price.

    Sorry you couldn't make it

by MrSlow on 9/30/13Palace of Fine Arts - San Francisco

Amazing show. Too bad they didn't pick a bigger venue, else you could have attended. Next time?

    Bob and David do it

by LouisCK on 9/19/13Town Hall - New York

If you are a fan of Mr Show with Bob and David then you have already made up your mind if you are going or not. If you aren't a fan, go anyway. They could use the money. As you'll be able to tell by the stacks of promotional Pre-Autographed copies of their book "Hollywood Said No!" sitting at every entrance, fire exit and bathroom stall. Overall the show was good. A mixture of sketch and stand up. The show I went to even had a very brief Q&A afterwards. And by very brief, I mean they answered 2 questions and then Bob yelled a line from Breaking Bad and they took off. 4 out of 5 stars!

Only problem? It didn't last forever.

by BrianMB on 9/18/13Town Hall - New York

Anyone who hasn't seen Mr. Show should catch up on it before attending! This is very much a reunion, and I was left confused by several references. Aside from those sparing moments, I laughed and guffawed the whole time. It was awesome to see god-tier comics in-person and acting like human beings with the crowd. Truly a special and amazing experience.
