    Outstanding

by DocHMC on 1/20/15Aventura Arts & Cultural Center - Aventura

Excellent show! Great interaction with the audience. There was a young man sitting two seats from me that had autism, he was apparently a huge Elvis fan and was enjoying the show tremendously, toward the end of the show Elvis came off stage and escorted the young man on stage. The young man stole the show, it was fantastic, he was singing, dancing and even had on a pair of blue suede shoes.....

    Blue Suede Shoes was wonderful

by HappyRuthieC on 1/17/15Aventura Arts & Cultural Center - Aventura

What a wonderful show. Both Scott and Mike are terrific Elvis's. When Scott finished the first half of the show, we said that whoever came on next would need to be great as Scott was a hard act to follow. Mike certainly did that as he was equally as good. A really great night.....the whole theater was rocking

Entertaining from beginning to end. Both Elvi showed so much energy and love for what they do. I had so much more fun than I thought I would. I would love to see the show again!

    Blue Suede Shoes was "interesting"

by Nofiner on 8/14/13Florida Theatre Jacksonville - Jacksonville

The first act, young Elvis, was poorly run through the sound system, seldom could I hear the actual voice over the musicians. Seats were midway to stage on the floor. A lot of wiggling by the performer, which got to be very old after the first few songs. The second act, however, was truly a step back in time, the voice was very close to Elvis' and the sound system had improved; loved his interaction with fans close to the stage -- a true performer and I thoroughly enjoyed this part of the show!

All of Elvis, rolled into one great show.

by TracerRacer on 8/13/13Florida Theatre Jacksonville - Jacksonville

The show was outstanding, and this is from someone who is not a raving Elvis fan. Like everyone else in the world, I like to hear many of his songs from time to time, but that's about it. Of course, many in attendance were raving Elvis fans and I'm pretty darn sure they thought it was outstanding, too. I don't think it's correct to call this an Elvis "impersonator" show, although "The Elvisis" say that themselves. Instead, I think that Scott and Michael should be called "Elvis Reenactment-ors". They reenact the songs faithfully, beautifully, and pitch-perfect but they never try to pretend that they are Elvis unless the music is playing. In between the songs, as they discuss the music and the history, they mostly become Scott and Michael wearing very nice Elvis outfits, calling themselves and each other by their real names. This is so refreshing for a tribute-style show, because by doing so it quickly becomes apparent that they are the biggest Elvis fans in the room! And they break the typical impersonator mindset by sometimes being a little silly about the whole thing and gently mocking both Elvis and their own reenactment work. This shows that they "get it", and come off as genuine instead of maudlin or kitschy. Very cool. The musicians are amazingly good and thoroughly professional. And they perform their own magic transformation from Young Elvis's rockabilly band to the Older Elvis's orchestral ensemble. And Older's backup gals were great, too. So, which Elvis was better, Younger or Older? Well, Younger didn't hand out sweaty scarves to ladies in the audience so he's at a sentimental disadvantage. But his energy evens the score, so you'll have to go to this fine show and decide for yourself!.

    Awesome show!!!!

The show was fantastic. I will go again if the show comes back to town. It was not an expensive show either like some I have paid for. I love the interactions with the audience and all the Elvis trivia.

BLUE SUEDE SHOES - Elvis Bash AWESOME

by 4everElvis on 8/13/13Florida Theatre Jacksonville - Jacksonville

I've seen quite a few Elvis impersonators...but Scott and Mike were unbelievably "real" with their Elvis style and singing. Although I have to say, Mike's performance was outstanding! I will follow him from this point on. He was the "closest" to Elvis that I've witnessed...his voice...he actions...his personality..the funny things he said and did....a true artist!! I think I might have even turned my husband into an Elvis fan that night! He was very impressed! Hope they come back next year!

    Blue Suede Shoes Rocks!

by MoodyT on 8/13/13Florida Theatre Jacksonville - Jacksonville

From the beginning to the end the show was a rocking, hand clapping, dancing party! I am not a huge Elvis fan, but I enjoyed every single minute of this show. The singers were engaged with the audience and provided quite a few laughs along with their songs. I would highly recommend this show.
