Everything was awesome about the VIP. I was a little upset about the following though. 1. We took Uber and were forced to walk pretty far to the entrance in 103 degree weather. Especially after paying for VIP I would have expected to have the ability to get dropped off closer. 2. Once at the gates, it wasn't obvious where the Fast lane was. We eventually found it after asking a few people but it would have been nice for some guidance from the people at the both where we got our lanyards.

    Atmosphere was the best performance!!

by silverinacoma on 6/7/16San Manuel Amphitheater formerly Glen Helen Pavilion - San Bernardino

I normally don't attend rap or reggae concerts but I made the exception for Atmosphere. They were by far the best performance of the night and were the first band to successfully get most of the crowd up and dancing. Slug and Ant always give it their best and their energy is palpable. Nas was good too but I was a little disappointed by his choice to keep his sunglasses on throughout his performance, even though it was already night time. The Growlers were fun and had the audience singing. Stephen Marley was good too but I missed most of his set. Did not stay for Griz as we wanted to beat some of the traffic out of there.

    Good show !!

by rcej on 6/7/16San Manuel Amphitheater formerly Glen Helen Pavilion - San Bernardino

Good show but the VIP section sucked. Beer lines were longer in the VIP section than they were outside. 2 bathrooms out of 6 didn't work. One bathroom was all plugged up & the other bathroom door wouldn't open. Waste of my hard earned money.

    Nas killed it!!!

by Restless909 on 6/7/16San Manuel Amphitheater formerly Glen Helen Pavilion - San Bernardino

Overall the show was pretty good. It was a 100 degrees so that didn't help but most of the groups were pretty good. They didn't need Griz headlining(what's a Griz?) and they could have used another reggae headliner act because after Stephen Marley finished his set at 6:30 that was it for the reggae acts. Nas, Atmosphere, and Dilated Peoples all killed it although DP could have used a little more stage time. Long Beach Dub was kinda disappointing and I usually like them.

    blaze it!

by blazeit on 6/7/16San Manuel Amphitheater formerly Glen Helen Pavilion - San Bernardino

this festival was awesome. All of the performances were amazing. the crowd had a good vibe and im definitely going next year. only thing i wish they had was water fountains. it was 102 degrees when i got there and not too much shade to chill in. so paying $6 a water would be tough. luckily they let us bring in 2 bottles of water per person so that lasted me.

Not bad for the first year

by Michelle555 on 5/22/15San Manuel Amphitheater formerly Glen Helen Pavilion - San Bernardino

I've been to quite a few reggae festivals and this one was pretty fun. The amphitheater is gorgeous! Iration, Rebelution, Tribal Seeds and Pepper absolutely killed it. The one thing I was not a fan of was that there were no water stations. You were not allowed to bring in water bottles to the venue unless the cap was off and water cost 4.75 a bottle. A steep price for a festival in San Bernardino where its usually hot. (it was unseasonably chilly this year) I also was not a fan of having no breaks in between the more popular bands. The camping was also kind of a joke.. You basically paid to camp in a parking lot, no running water was provided and only dirty port a potties. Aside from that choices on bands were awesome, and overall it was a lot of fun. I do plan on attending next year if they have it again!

    Rebelution!!!

by RitaHo on 5/20/15San Manuel Amphitheater formerly Glen Helen Pavilion - San Bernardino

Hope there are more Blaze and Glory Featival to come!!! This was the first event of its kind and it was awesome! Great vibes and awesome performances. Because it was such a new event I do hope more food vendors come out next year, it took me about 40 minutes to get my funnel cake. But, oh, was that funnel cake soooo... Good!!! I mean c'mon guys it's a "blaze" and glory festival =) I went only on Sat night, and I must say Rebelution killed it!! Would have stayed for all of Slightly Stoopid ending performance - but I was battling a head cold and the weather wasn't helping.
