by Yelberton on 4/23/18Chrysler Hall - NorfolkI had no idea just what was behind the curtains but when they opened, a new world was on display. The sets were beautiful and they were able to be changed in an instant. But the real enchantment was the ballet itself. The dancers, the costumes, The Story. The dancers were spot on with the orchestra, which, by the way, was outstanding. The story was depicted as I remember it and the dancers were so good, they brought tears to my eyes. I went on line and followed up on this Royal Ballet group and it was very interesting. I do hope they come to the USA and The Chrysler again.

My granddaughters and I thoroughly enjoyed the performance, the costumes, and the music. It was a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Thank you Virginia Arts Festival for bringing the Royal Birmingham Ballet to Hampton Roads.

by JJfan on 4/23/13Chrysler Hall - NorfolkWe thoroughly enjoyed watching Coppelia. The performers were amazing especially Swanilda. We were sitting so close to the stage that we saw the performers facial expressions and they were "spot on".
