An absolute treasure. The real deal. I'm only sorry that it was a one-night gig. Bibi Ferreira is an inspiration to any performer. She teaches us that age insignificant; although in her 90's she still performs as if she were in her 40's. If you want to learn about how to truly connect to a song - act a song and sing it just as well - and keep an audience in the palm of your hand, then, you go see Bibi Ferreira the next time she's in town. I don't speak French or Portuguese, nor was I ever a huge Piaf fan - none of this matters. Bibi's emotion and communication through song transcends all of that. You'll feel what she is saying - trust me on that one.

Absolutely fantastic! She sings with such power and reminds one so much of Edith Piaf. At the end she switched to English and was just as powerful.

Amazing performance! Standing ovation before she even sang anything.
