Hardcore punk rockers Beartooth have quickly made a name for themselves with their ferocious metalcore sound and blistering live performances. The band's concerts are an all-out sonic assault featuring the gnarled growl of frontman Caleb Shomo, the bludgeoning guitar work of Taylor Lumley, and the chugging drumming of Brandon Mullins. Whether they're tearing through early favorites like "I Have a Problem" or inspiring headbanging with "Beaten in Lips", Beartooth deliver their razor-sharp sets with a heart-pounding energy fans won't soon forget.
Metalcore wunderkind Caleb Shomo formed Beartooth in 2012 after leaving the group Attack Attack!, which he fronted from 2010-12 at the peak of its popularity. Shomo wrote, produced, and played Beartooth's debut release -- 2013's Sick EP --entirely by himself, recruiting a band after the fact for live performances. The group he assembled quickly earned a reputation as an unparalleled live act with raucous living room shows throughout the Midwest, which the band immortalized with the video for their first recording "I Have a Problem". The band released their highly anticipated debut album Disgusting in 2014, drumming up significant buzz before hitting the road as a featured act on the Vans Warped Tour.
