Beaches Tickets

This play was awesome! Having only seen the movie and never reading the book, I wasn't sure how I would like the play but I absolutely loved it. I would see it again in a heartbeat! We love seeing plays at the Drury Lane because there is not a bad seat there and it's so affordable. We plan to see more plays there in the future. Worth noting about the backdrop for the stage: It was all the notes that Bertie and CC wrote to each other. That had to have taken some time to do.

My husband and I enjoyed "Beaches" although our hearing problems prevented hearing all the dialogue.

Good show, great theater, worth the money. I saw the last performance, but if you get to see the play in another place I would advise it.

My sister and I see many plays. We have subscriptions to Steppenwolf, Goodman and see numerous ones that come downtown and even Marriott Lincolnshire at times. I will be in New York City again in Sept and always see at least 2 Broadway shows while there. SO I am definitely an active play enthusiast. Cannot say enough about Beaches. I was not even really that big a fan of the movie and had not seen it in years. This production makes me want to see it again. The author really has a gift for lyrics it turns out. I found many of the songs memorable- and the talent amazing. I sure hope this finds the audience it deserves as I understand they are hoping to go to NYC. I have already recommended it to everyone I know.

Beaches was amazing !!! I was fortunate to see Beaches when I provided transportation to the play for a high school drama group. I was so very impressed, that I took my wife to see it the very next night!!! The performers were better that awesome !!! I feel so fortunate to have seen this play. Do not miss it !!!

Amazing acting, perfect actors and a fun show. Didn't care for the theater so much, seats got uncomfortable really quick. For this show go directly to the theater, the extra fees are ridiculous and you can almost buy another seat with saved fees

It's too long. The first act is one very long exposition that feels like you're seeing too much background information rather than watching events unfold. The second act is much better, but still need trimming. Too many numbers in which we're told what great friends these are, instead of allowing us to discover that for ourselves. Also, too many of the songs have a similar inspirational message. Wind Beneath My Wings, which is very short in this production, gets lost amongst the 14 other similar songs. And the end of the show is very unsatisfying. After hearing ALL these songs about friendship, it just ends without a number...

I attended with a friend who has seen hundreds of shows and she commented this was the best one ever. The singing was incredible. The venue is lovely.

Shoshanna Bean is incredible. Barbara Streisand move over. Full of energy and talent. The rest of the cast was also very good. No weak links. The voices are top notch. The story catches you right off the bat and has a lot of good lessons to share. The second act is better than the first one. It needs a little adjusting before it goes to Broadway. Some of the different scenes have to be blended. There is one memorable song which is an example of needing to be blended better. However, all in all, we enjoyed the show and would recommend it highlyto anyone seeking a professional musical of a high caliber.

Horrible, Not at all what I expected. No songs from the movie-total weird version. Gave it some time with an open mind- but the music was less than satisfactory. Would not recommend this to anyone- I usually love the musicals at Drury Lane- left at intermission
