    Pleasant instrumentals; Coleman vocals amazing

    This was an not-too often opportunity to hear baroque instrumentals in the Tampa Bay area -- Telemann & Scarlatti & Albioni concerti were a treat. Maggie Coleman's vocals in the Bach piece were outstanding. The wood-paneled music hall is OUTSTANDING venue for baroque vocals and instrumentals. HOWEVER, the instrumentalists do not often play together, apparently, are don't appear to be baroque era specialists, so though enjoyable, the overall instrumental sound was not of the highest quality.
