The entire show was incredible with elaborate attention to detail! The dancers were nearly perfect - truly amazing! Especially the pair dancers moved like mirror images of each other! Light hearted fun moments were also included to make this version stand out from the other Nutcracker performances I have seen.
This year will be our 4th year going to see Ballet & Friend's production of The Nutcracker. From the quality of production to the beauty of the dancing makes this it a yearly Thanksgiving weekend tradition for my family.
This year will be the 4th year we've seen Master Ballet / Ballet and Friends version of the Nutcracker. We are amazed each year that this is performed by students! This is an absolutely incredible show! The talented dancers tell the story of Clara and her Nutcracker in such a magical way. This show is our favorite way to start the Christmas holiday!
My family and I have had The Nutcracker as part of our tradition for decades. We have been to numerous productions in Phoenix, Chicago, Milwaukee, New York, etc. but few have been as charming and none have showcased comparable artistry of young dancers as this irresistible version. These are internationally recognized emerging dance stars being developed by world-renowned ballet masters. I am proud to be part of an arts community that supports and appreciates exceptional athleticism and beauty as provided by Ballet and Friends. This is truly the purest, most unforgettable staging of The Nutcracker we have enjoyed while in the Valley.
Our entire family enjoyed this amazing performance. The talent and level of performance was astounding. I am so proud to have this much talent from here in the valley.
Terrific night! What a wonderful production. My kids absolutely loved it. The theatre is beautiful. And we especially loved supporting our local ballet artists. We will make this an annual tradition from now on.
