    Cinderella was magical!

by Mogidolls on 11/8/13Symphony Hall - Phoenix

The scenery was excellent compared to the Nutcracker's scenery. The story was easy to follow and the added humorous parts was enjoyable.

    Beautiful show...great for kids

by dskc on 11/6/13Symphony Hall - Phoenix

We all loved this ballet. I actually love most of the traditional ballets I see with Ballet Arizona. But this one was geared towards the little princesses in the audience. It was beautifully danced, and the story was still very easy to follow. My 6 yr old daughter really loved it. She was dancing all the way to the car.

    Beautiful and Captivating!

by helloopera on 11/4/13Symphony Hall - Phoenix

This was a beautiful production and very well suited for young attendees. I took my 3 year old daughter and she was entertained the entire time. There are 3 acts and 2 intermissions which made it perfect for the little ones and keeping their attention. The dancing was beautiful and it was a great first ballet experience for my daughter.

    Spectacular!

by azprincess on 11/3/13Symphony Hall - Phoenix

Exquisite dancing, sets, direction. You could really get involved in the story of Cinderella. The humor that the step-sisters brought was delightful.

Could have done more with lighting effects. Too many individual vignetts happening at one time. No story behind the ballet that was set to a classical work.

    Topia

by HJM1967 on 6/3/13Desert Botanical Garden - Phoenix

Very nice performance & loved the play of lights on the landscape behind the stage! Food & drink were also good! Distractions from the performance were sounds & smells from the diesel engines nearby and lights from the baseball stadium on Priest Dr.

TOPIA- shortest and most expensive performance

by jose9909 on 6/3/13Desert Botanical Garden - Phoenix

Since the ballet was held in the beautiful Botanical Gardens, I didn't expect that the performance would actually take place in a parking lot. There were a couple of moments when the vegetation was illuminated which was lovely but otherwise one had no idea of the actual setting. The performance was too short and too costly, though the dancers executed a beautiful performance.

    Topia was amazing

by John999999 on 6/3/13Desert Botanical Garden - Phoenix

The ballet and setting were both amazing however i was very disapointed by how a short a performance it was. 40 minutes, I thought the end was an intermission. What I saw was amazing.

This was an incredible show. Being outdoor and watching the ballet with the desert as the background was a unique experience. Would recommend it to anyone. The choreography was incredible. Great show!!!
