It was what I was hoping to hear!

by PEPPCLARA on 3/18/24The Wellmont Theater - Montclair

I couldn't wait to go to this show and it was so worth it. I saw BTO in their heyday and it was almost 50 years since I last saw them. The show wasn't that long time wise, but it was packed with rockin' hit after hit. Randy Bachman told some stories and origins of some of the songs which gave insights to what the songs are referenced to. Also included in the set list were some major hits of The Guess Who as an added bonus. I can't say anything bad about this show. It was so good!

    BTO

by Rich on 3/13/24Chevalier Theatre - Medford

I didn’t know what to expect from bachman-turner overdrive but I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how good they were. The Setlist included many songs from Randy Bachman’s days with the Guess Who which I didn’t expect. He can still play a great guitar even though he sat on a stool for most of the show. His voice still sounds great and he told some great stories. I would definitely go see him again.

    BTO

by Neil on 3/12/24Chevalier Theatre - Medford

Randy Bachman is very personable. He talked to the audience before every song to tell us about its origin. They played songs from The Guess Who and BTO. This was a great show. The band sounded awesome. Each member had vocals to sing. Very talented! We had a great time!

    BTO 👍

by PK on 3/12/24Chevalier Theatre - Medford

Honestly, probably the best show I've been to lately! The sound was perfect, the set list was great (I didn't realize they had such a large catalog). They played about 1.40 hrs. I totally loved Randy's little "stories"in between when he spoke about when a particular song was written & what inspired it. I was with four other people and we ALL agreed it was a GREAT SHOW 👍

MAKE MY DAY AS CLINT EASTWOOD ONCE SAID

by CONCERT FREAK VIP on 3/12/24

First I will say I love BTO from way back. Every time I jump in my jeep I replay my favorite song You ain't seen nothing yet... I've played it a million times. BTO WAS FANTASTIC. I KNEW THEY WOULD BE GREAT. BUT THEY MANAGED TO STEP IT UP TO A MUCH GREATER LEVEL...... I WAS IMPRESSED WAS A UNDERSTATEMENT......MY 5 friends love how they explained the makings and words for each song. So it was a learning experience also..I learned more about them then I already knew. I hope they return I would see them again and relatives that couldnt make are in Hope's they come again... As for the staff.... everyone was nice and friendly zero problems...the parking can be hit or miss..I wish there was more handicapped parking but my stage seats made up for any of my parking frustration. I got there way late due to unforeseen circumstances.. I hadn't been to that theater in many years so it felt unfamiliar...but if they keep putting on shows like that I will return more often.. also I'm glad they dont give you a hard time taking pics and video's with cell phones.. I do my best not to have my phone held high from beginning to end...I turn the brightness down so as to not bum the people behind me.. last thing you want is to annoy anyone.. it was nice showing some handicap people that couldnt go to the show because of severe disabilities a few hit songs. So a big great Thanks goes out to the staff for not busting balls like some other venues do.
