Thom Yorke, Nigel Godrich, Flea, Joey Waronker and Mauro Refosco collectively known as Atoms For Peace have announced the first dates of a U.S. tour this fall. The shows follow in the wake of the band’s new album AMOK (XL Recordings) entering the U.S. chart at #2 and are its first since the 2009-2010 debut tour during which it played Yorke’s 2006 solo album The Eraser in its entirety.
The newly announced dates include headlines at New York’s Barclay Center and the Hollywood Bowl as well as stops in Washington DC and Chicago before concluding October 17 at the Santa Barbara Bowl.
Probably the BEST show I have EVERY seen.....! The sound was amazing the lighting was amazing the vibe of AFP on stage fit perfectly...and surprisingly the crowd at the SB Bowl was not pretentious for once! I was surprised at the diversity in the fans that came to that show...I would NEVER miss a achance to see AFP again!

INCREDIBLE SHOW! Without the boundaries of their respective bands, Thom, Niles, and Flea let loose. Lots of awesome jams intermixed with ATOM's released tracks. Teasers of both Radiohead and RHCP kept these gents human.

I thought that everyone in the band was on point and conducted themselve's like true professionals! However, it was still missing that Jaw Dropping mystique that a Radiohead or Red Hot Chili Peppers concert would induce

One of the best live shows I've seen this year. Every song was better than the last. Thom is one of the only performers that completely grooves to every moment of his songs. He knows how to get down.
