Assassins Tickets

An amazing show! These college students gave a wonderful performance; I felt as if I was sitting in a Broadway Theater. For a musical I was not familiar with, I could hear clearly every word they said and sang. The story really made you think, and the cast came together in a very professional way. One that every player - from the ensemble to the main characters - set the atmosphere and communicated to the audience with perfection!

It was a great show, performed well by WVU Theater and Performing Arts. Interesting the pit orchestra was not in a pit, but above the stage. You can never go wrong with Sondheim!

This was my first time seeing a musical live, and it was a pretty good experience overall. The cast was great! I had front row seats so it was nice being close to the action as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed the actors in this wonderful, thought provoking play! Can't wait to see what is next! Great Job.

I went to the UCPAC expecting to see a run of the mill community theater performance of a difficult musical to pull off. What I was treated to instead was a highly polished professional production of the Tony Award winning musical. Kudos to the Director and his very talented group of young performers. I look forward to future productions from this group.

This is my third play at Hamilton Stage and I have to say that I am really enjoying them, the price was incredibly low (cheaper than a movie) and I was very impressed with the cast. I would say all did a good job and several were really outstanding, I could easily see many of them on a Broadway stage. I was not personally a huge fan of the show itself, very interesting, but it would not be at the top of my list of musicals to see, but a very good production, I would highly suggest checking this show out and future shows at the Hamilton Stage.

Acting, singing, costumes, choreography all excellent but sound system was abysmal. Under-modulated over over-modulated way too often. Inexcusable.
