Follow Highway 12&14 West. Exit Hwy 14 West/University Ave. and make a right turn onto University/Hwy 14. Turn at the second stoplight onto Pleasant View Road. Turn left and continue on Pleasant View Road until you rech Montclair Drive. Turn left onto Montclair Drive and continue to N. Greenview Drive turn right. The Warehouse is located at 8830 N. Greenview Drive. Please visit for a complete map. Be aware of road construction on Hwy. 12/14. The roads will be open, but follow signage carefully.


Free parking is available on surrounding streets and at nearby designated parking lots. A shuttle service will be available on Saturday.

General Rules

Merchandise limitations at the Annual Benefit Sale will be on an indvidual basis, not on a per ticket basis. All items sold at the sale are refurbished returns and seconds and are sold "as is". No refunds or exchanges.

Children Rules

For safety reasons absolutely no one under the age of three will be admitted (this includes infants.)


Every dollar you spend benefits children throughout Dane County. Proceeds generated from the sale are distributed to Madison Children's Museum and other organizations throughout American Girl's Fund for Children. All American Girl seconds and returns are repaired and restored by Annual Benefit Sale Volunteers and sold at less than catalog prices.
Concessions (food and refreshments) will be available to purchase. All proceeds benefit Madison Children's Museum.

Sunday's Events: July 18 7am-3pm. Sequential admission passes will be distributed on site, at no charge, before the doors open and throughout the day, as needed for crowd management. Exciting merchandise, including dolls and children's clothing, will be available. A special silent auction of one-of-a-kind American Girl merchandise is schedule for 9-11am on Sunday.

Tickets go on sale Saturday June 5 at 8am-cdt.
Tickets are $12.00 each for entry time from 7am to 10am. Tickets are $8.00 for entry time from 10:15am to 4pm.
The last entry time is 4pm. Cash registers will remain open for at least one hour after the last entry time.
Only 4 tickets per transaction.
