    An evening of Flamenco

    The Fall Flamenco Festival at the Berklee Performance Center was an excellent evening of entertainment. Angelita Vargas is an icon in the flamenco world and is still amazing in her 60's with the power and the grace of a true flamenco Gypsy.. Jairo Barrull was phenomenal, with a speed that was truly unbelievable. The singers and the guitar players were also excellent as was the cajon player. The evening brought us back to Spain if only for a little while. The only down side of the evening was the seediness of the Berklee Performance Center.
