American Roots Music & Arts Festival Tickets

First and foremost I thought the variety of performances was amazing. Something for everyone! The food vendors were awesome and the venue was nice. HOWEVER, the no re-entry policy was APPALLING :( . Even the parking lot attendant stated "Can we go in and come back out?" was THE most asked question. To ask a customer to enter a venue at 12pm and stay in that same venue for 11 hours is, basically, temporary imprisonment. The only other option was to enter the venue when one could tolerate the length of stay inside. Because of that policy we missed SEVERAL acts.....not what we paid $114 a piece for!! Please consider having the event somewhere else. A place where re-entry is possible....a racetrack for instance. JMO

The festival was great. The Roots put on the best show. Modest Mouse, Trombone Shorty, Tedeschi Trucks, and Sheryl Crow were also good. Walnut Creek Amphitheatre needs some updates though. They charge enough for drinks and food so they should put some of that profit back into the place. Bathrooms are in shambles and they actually had a broken speaker that produced static the whole time.

Awesome day...one thought.. Do all GA tickets...seats first come...its a shame RRE had almost no one in the seats

What an awesome event!! What an awesome lineup!! 2 days of wall to wall music! No two bands the same! Wow!! All great acts!

We will def be back next year if it is held again. We had a great time and the performances were awesome. Edward sharpe and the zeros were spot on! Those guys have some talent.

Eric Church rocked it as always! Changed the setup for both nights. One word...AMAZING!!!! But it was cold, very cold!!!! I know it was the first year for this event. I was hoping to see more things for the beer, food and craft part of the festival. I think they should also for future reference they should let you come and go since the event is an all 2 day event. Maybe wrist bands?
