    Awesome road course race event

by 1970ChevelleSS on 10/23/13Circuit of The Americas - Austin

Enjoyed the weekend. Can't ever get enough of good racing. The between race events were pretty cool, especially the drifting exhibition. Only have good things to say about the racing and events.

    Amazing experience. Hooked for life!

by StevedaRaceFan on 10/15/13Circuit of The Americas - Austin

There is no cooler racing that Le mans and the ALMS weekend at Circuit of the Americas is hands down the best venue possible for this type of racing. Corvettes, Porches, Ferraris, Aston Martins, BMWs in 5 different classes all racing side by side with the Prototypes. Plus Patron as a sponsor did everything right for this series. Their support of racing in general has made me a devout customer.

ALMS/WEC at the Circuit of the Americas

by drgitlin on 9/30/13Circuit of The Americas - Austin

Good racing, decent beer at a few concession stands, easy parking, much less crowded than the F1 race.

The American Lemans series anda World Endurance Championship race was worth it. I plan on going again next year.

races were somewhat boring as the winning cars ran away from the field in the P1 class. With the scoring pole COTA has they only show the top 10 cars and with 4 or 5 classes running in each race it was hard to determine where the individual GT cars were running with in their class. Also the public address system can have the volume lowered for announcements between races

Very organized and on schedule. Many back to back events to keep the fans entertained. Friendly volunteers and employees. Great seats at a great price. Wonderful experience.

    Sports cars in Austin

by Elginracefan on 9/26/13Circuit of The Americas - Austin

Hard to beat car racing this close to home. Hopefully Nascar will look at COTA in the future. Everyone involved with COTA rocks. You just can't get this close to world champion racers in any other form of racing. Except maybe drag racing. COTA, build a drag strip and we will come.

Venue needs sidewalks at turn 15 grandstands. It was a muddy mess. Venue needs more diverse eating options. Beer is stupid expensive, but somewhat expected to be.

    ALMS weekend was great.

by Highwan on 9/26/13Circuit of The Americas - Austin

This was my 3rd time at COTA and it's great every every time. The track design is beautiful and there are a lot of good spots to watch the action. I spend about as much time standing around at other turns as I do in my seat. Everyone is very friendly and the bathrooms are cleaner than at any event I visit. Definitely had a wonderful time and I'm looking forward to the next race event.

An awesome race! The 6-hour WEC race might be the closest I ever come to seeing the 24 Hours of LeMans. COTA is a fantastic track and the staff is gaining experience with each event they host this year. This promises to make the 2013 fan experience for Formula 1 even better.
