We were at the right side of the stage. Could not see the drummer and spoken word was unintelligible. Wife said it sounded like a mumble. The two people next to us got up and left.

American English at River City Casino

by John on 2/26/19River City Casino & Hotel - St Louis

The performance was OK. Not a bad imitation of the Beatles. The venue, however, was terrible. The room is too small, overcrowded, stuffy / hard to breathe and uncomfortable. We will not go to another performance at River City.

    The band was great.

by Larry F on 2/26/19River City Casino & Hotel - St Louis

The two guys who played John Lennon and George Harrison were especially great. The song selection was also terrific.

    Great show small venue

by Kmnski on 2/26/19River City Casino & Hotel - St Louis

The music was awesome ... but River city had us jam packed in there . It was hot and uncomfortable . Next time they need to think about going elsewhere to perform. The concert was well worth the money !

    Excellent Tribute Experience

    by T. D. on 2/4/19Genesee Theatre - Waukegan

Very good job in recreating a Beatles performance. Created a very similar sound. Abbamania was entertaining and like a Broadway performance. Enjoyed both...

    They Rocked the House

by Simon Says on 2/4/19Genesee Theatre - Waukegan

We were a bit skeptical that our 16 year old granddaughter would like Beatles music as much as we do. She was there primarily to see Abbamania since she has grown up watching Mama Mia and the sequel/prequel. Let me tell you, all 3 of us were thrilled with the experience. We were amazed at the replication of the original sounds of the Fab 4. Thank you, guys for a wonderful evening of great music and great memories. It was truly outstanding.

    Fun & Entertaining

by GPR on 2/4/19Genesee Theatre - Waukegan

If you like the Beatles, you'll really enjoy American English. The show was lots of fun and very entertaining with hits galore from the Beatles Library; costume changes to reflect the era of the music that was being played; and very good vocals. Good time!

Wonderful night with one of our favorite.

by rosebud on 2/4/19Genesee Theatre - Waukegan

Great evening, we have seen American English several times. Love the new addition to the events of the Beatles trilogy, with Paul McCarty, George Harrison, John Lennon's, single rendition of some of there personnel songs, an Ringo Starr was super as always.
