Beginning Monday November 21, 2005 the NORTH Box Office will be the primary box office.

The Box Office is located on the NORTH Side (across from the Platinum Parking Garage)
Mon - Sat 10:00am - 5:00pm and during event hours.

Lot G will be available for 15 minute customer parking whenever the box office is open.

Tickets may be picked up in advance beginning 48 hours AFTER THE PURCHASE at the NORTH Box Office(hours are Monday - Saturday 10am-5pm).

Tickets purchased on the DAY OF THE EVENT may only be picked-up beginning 2 hours prior to showtime at the NORTH Box Office.

Please bring actual credit card use to purchase the tickets, the confirmation number and valid photo ID.


Beginning July 13, 2008, the American Airlines Center will be charging a $5.00 per envelope fee for outside will call. This fee will be charged for all third party events. The fee will not be charged for Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Stars or Dallas Desperados games. Suite Holders and Platinum Club members will not be charged the fee. All others dropping off will call at the American Airlines Center Box Office must pay the fee.

No laser pointers, beach balls, frisbees etc.

Smoking NOT allowed inside the arena.
There are designated smoking areas outside the building

Most events (some family shows may be excluded) children 2 yrs and over are required to have a ticket.
