The energy and modern feel of the show was great.

by CJoa on 1/16/11STAPLES Center - Los Angeles

The show had a different feel than all other shows I have seen in the past. I was impressed. The screen in the background was a great addition and added to creating the energetic, fun mood of the show. The only thing I was greatly disappointed in was that I specifically bought the VIP tickets because the explanation of the tickets said that the rehearsal included the skaters coming and speaking with the audience, and we missed that part. I hoped to get autopraphs which I have never been able to get at a skating show. So when I read this, I figured this would be the first and maybe only chance. The rehearsal was fun to watch. It went longer than I thought it would and when a significant amount of people left, we got to move up to the front row. And I was so excited to improve my chances of getting an autograph by moving to the front. I called and pushed out our dinner reservation because I wanted to stay until the end for the chance. At the time, I couldn't believe so many people were leaving. And when it was over the girl next to me told me they had spoken to the audience and signed autographs at the very beginning. So my heart sank because we got there 15 minutes after the rehearsal started due to street closures around the stadium because of the marathon that was to occur the next day. So even though we left with enough time (I have been there for many events in the past and know you have to allow time for parking and walking), the street closures really messed us up as to how to reach the parking structure and; therefore, we got inside late, And disappointedly we didn't know until the end that we had missed the part I was most looking forward to.

All that Skate LA was exiting

by Rommelgrande on 11/19/10STAPLES Center - Los Angeles

It was a great show. I went to see mainly the Korean skater Yuna Kim, but I enjoyed the other skaters as well. I was impressed by the figure skating pair from China and from Germany. I also liked the dance pair from Canada. Nevertheless, the star of the night was Yuna Kim. She defines beauty on ice. She is impressive not so much for her athletic ability, but for the beauty of her skating form. Besides the skating there was also dancing by a group of break dancers on stage and there was also singing by a Korean singer, who sang very well in English. Overall, it was a great show!!!

    As great as the first!

by Uzumaki on 10/20/10STAPLES Center - Los Angeles

Okay, the crowd was smaller than Saturday and couldn't match the energy level, but the performers still brought it!

    This was a dream

by Uzumaki on 10/20/10STAPLES Center - Los Angeles

Not just the show, but the whole weekend was unforgettable. I met so many skaters and fans of figure skating that I have now resolved to go every single year (as long as Stephane Lambiel is performing). The line up was crazy excellent and everyone delivered.

    ATS LA

by kwanfan4ever on 10/14/10STAPLES Center - Los Angeles

I was looking forward to watching this cast of skaters. A great mix of Olympic and World medalists. I enjoyed the Korean singer and the dancers. Use of the giant flat screen TV to display images to complement the program was a great idea too. Would definitely attend the show next year!

    Amazing Amazing Amazing

by devilwithabluedresson on 10/11/10STAPLES Center - Los Angeles

What a great show. All skating numbers were very enjoyable. Especially liked the backdrop screen with scenes catered to the number being skated. It had benn toooooo long since Michele had skated in the USA. Hope it was a welcome back for more.

    Michelle still has it

by devilwithabluedresson on 10/11/10STAPLES Center - Los Angeles

There has never been a skater before Michelle Kwan, nor has there yet, been one who utterly takes you on the ice with her/him to experience sheer joy. All of the participants brought the utmost enjoyment of a great skating night. The sincerity of Michelle's & Yuna's awe of each other was inspiring, especially in this day of "say whatever you think the other person wants to hear"! Bravo to the whole cast. There is only one thing that would have made it better, if Evan could have also been there so we would have had all of the reigning Olympic Gold Medalists.

    All That Skate LA

by dorisk8s on 10/9/10STAPLES Center - Los Angeles

All That Skate LA was a very enjoyable show! YuNa Kim and Michelle Kwan did an amazing job of bringing together some of the top skaters from Olympic, World and National skating events that entertained the crowd with solo and group numbers utilizing every music genre from Lady Gaga (Ashley Wagner and Johnny Weir) to the fluid and unforgettable Meditation from Thais by Miss YuNa...Michelle seemed happy to be back performing in her home town and the audience was most appreciative! I viewed the Saturday, October 2nd performance having a front row seat so I was able to see everything up close and personal. Stephane Lambiel gave an especially power-packed, crowd-pleasing performance with his lightning fast footwork sequences and incredibly fast blur spins...this man is a true skater's dream! The hip-hop dancers and the Korean singer were added bonuses for all to enjoy...well done and kudos to Misses Kim and Kwan! :-)

Our seats were great. We had a wonderful time. The skating was fun to watch. They passed out free glow toys.
