I seen them in Yonkers,N.Y. for the first time. They were excellent to say the very least. The paul stanley guy posed for pics with my fiancee & my self. Very cool. My hat is off to these guys. They have KISS down to a tee. Looking foward to see them again...
First of all, if you have not seen a show at the Showcase Live then treat yourself to a great venue. The sound quality was excellent, the seats close to the stage and the staff very friendly. The tribute bands were better than expected. Van Halen tribute "Balance" rocked as the opening act. The Hagar tunes were spot on, but the Roth tunes were weak. Also, the cymbals were barely heard and their overall mix could have been better. Alive, the Kiss tribute was absolutely mind blowing!! They promoted the show saying that if you had never seen Kiss back in their glory days, then this was the performance to see. Man, they weren't kidding. The sound was top notch. All instruments were perfectly tuned and mixed. After a few songs, I actually was in a trance believing I was indeed seeing the real deal. They looked the part exactly and even better...sounded like KISS! This show was incredible. The band deserves one hell of an ovation. Great job guys!
