Christmas Carol was great!
Ford's Theatre - Washington
Saw the show for the second year in a row. I love the show; it really sets the season for me. Will purchase group tickets next year and bring the extended family!

Great musical in unforgettable setting!
Ford's Theatre - Washington
Ford's Theatre is beautiful. There is not a "bad" seat in the house. We thoroughly enjoyed the play. Attended with 85 year old mother in law, husband and two young adults, ages 20 and 25. It was a great night.

Ford's Theatre - Washington
A surprisingly upbeat interpretation of a Christmas Carol. They actually sang Christmas carols throughout the show which made it much less dark than Dickens' original and most appropriate for children. Also good for children because almost half the cast were children, so kids in the audience could really associate with the story.

Always entertaining
Ford's Theatre - Washington
This play is consistently, entertaining year after year with a few new twists each time. Travel from Florida, just to see the play in this historic venue. Brought my 6 year old granddaughter who loved it. Was startled a couple of times by loud effects, but ultimately loved it.

The children actors were impressive
Ford's Theatre - Washington
My 12 & 13 year old son and daughter delighted in the child actors for this play. The adult actors were pretty darn good as well. This was a wonderful family time together. The theater is beautiful and the kids really appreciated the "history" of the entire event.

Awesome Production
Ford's Theatre - Washington
I realize that this production is over for the season but would look forward to seeing it again next year. I imagine that all productions at Ford's Theater would be equally wonderful.
Join the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future as they lead the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge on a journey of transformation and redemption. Originally conceived by Michael Baron, this music-infused production captures the magic and joy of Dickens's Yuletide classic. Acclaimed Washington stage actor Edward Gero returns to play Scrooge in the production The Washington Post hailed as "musically high-spirited" and "infectiously jolly."
