7TH HEAVEN IN CONCERT:

Chicago favorite 7th Heaven has been rocking the Windy City and surrounding areas for nearly three decades with its diverse sound. From infectious pop gems to heavy-hitting hard rock, the band's live shows cover a lot of territory, often surprising and delighting fans with unexpected twists and turns. Case in point is the  legendary "30 songs in 30 minutes" medley, where the band tears through a head-spinning list of '70s and '80s hits in less than half an hour. On its latest tour, 7th Heaven will continue to thrill ticket buyers with electrifying sets of covers alongside originals like "Cellophane" and "Sing."

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Formed in 1985, 7th Heaven is the brainchild of founder and guitarist Rich Hofherr, who at various times throughout the band's existence has acted as its singer, songwriter, producer, booking agent, and manager, among other roles. Over the years the band has enjoyed a rotating lineup of talented players, but Hofherr's creative voice has remained a constant, lending the band's decade-spanning discography a sense of cohesion and identity. After performing throughout the Midwest for 15 years, the band made its album debut in 2000 with Faces Time Replaces, following up in 2004 with Silver. Since then, it has landed on the Billboard charts with "Better This Way" and "Sing," performed on the Jenny Jones show, Jenny Jones, and opened for acts like Bon Jovi and Kid Rock.  Back on the road, the band continues to perform high-energy sets for fans throughout the Midwest and beyond.
