    Great show!

by Nana on 12/9/21Scranton Cultural Center - Scranton

Well, this is the second time I have been ask)ed for a review of the show I attended last weekend (Dec 4 and 5). So, here it is (LOL)! My 7-year-old grandson played a Scottie, Dalmatian, and a policeman in "101 Dalmations (Kids." I'm sure the people in the main theater downstairs thought their viewing of the musical "Waitress" was the best thing happening in the Scranton Cultural Center that weekend, but as a Nana, I can attest that they were missing out on adorable kids giving their all for doting parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles! Congrats to Camille Reineke and her staff for teaching theater to the newest generation!

    Tails

    by whitewater960 on 12/20/12Fox Theater - Detroit

The adult costumes where amazing. For the amount of money I spent I wish I could have seen tails on the dogs. The play was alright, my son was bored quick and so was I. A woman in front of us kept hushing us at a childrens play. Not that we were being loud, my son was asking questions about the play.

    Boring

by likethedirection on 2/16/11Ohio Theater - Columbus

I can't believe anyone would give this play a good rating. I was so bored I wanted to leave at intermission. I realize this was not the Disney version and that's disappointing too. I wish I hadn't wasted money on these tickets.

    101 Dalmatians was ab'spot'lutely adorable

by 1Mamaw on 4/9/10Palace Theatre Columbus - Columbus

The play was as warm and entertaining as the book. It left you singing and woofing as you left the theater with a grin.

    Fun and fast moving!

by AlexsMomUS on 3/16/10Clowes Memorial Hall - Indianapolis

My son is 6, and he was just captivated by this show. He loved the "puppet" portion and the live animals. The music was fun (Be a Little Bit Braver, especially), and the plot moved along quickly. The only thing he couldn't get his mind around was that the characters were slightly different than the Disney animated feature. My husband and I loved the villains. They were terrific. Sara Gettelfinger was fantastic! This was a wonderful show to see as a family, and I'm very happy we went.

    Great Show!

by BDMREM on 3/15/10Clowes Memorial Hall - Indianapolis

Great show for the whole family. Amazing talent by the entire cast. Creative use of the stage to depict the "distance" traveled. Did a great job of using the live dalmations at key times to make the play seem more real.

101 Dalmatians were missing the warmth

by Ihatethesestupidnicknames on 3/15/10Clowes Memorial Hall - Indianapolis

Sorry, we had a hard time "getting it". Yeah we went to web site first, 101 Dalmatians being told from the dogs point of view, but the disconnect between a chubby older fellow in a spotted suit and a Dalmatian was just blatant. And, the human "dogs" just didn't cut it costume wise. I know the web site said that was by intention, but they just missed it altogether. And, they could have made it so much better to have integrated the Dally's into the entire performance instead of how they did it. Outstanding potential, a real let down to see

by Perry10 on 3/15/10Clowes Memorial Hall - Indianapolis

It was a really realy good show. The cast were delightful, and full of energy. My 6 year old son loved it. He was smililng clapping and laughing out loud at during the show. And he thought it was the best thing that after the show he got to meet and pet one the dalmations.
